Since moving back from Virginia, I have not gone to the gym, done yoga, barre, or anything to keep my muscles and cardio in a healthy zone. I decided that it was time to take back another side of me, and so I am making it a priority to take a few classes a week, go on a run, or do yoga. All of this new movement has caused my leg muscles to FREAK OUT! They have been very happy doing the normal errands of the day without having to be pushed, but I am embracing the “hurt so good” concept and I am pushing on. I would love to hear how some of you make your health a priority. A warm bubble bath and epsom salt have been my saving grace the past week!
